Lori’s career spans more than 30 years of expertise across the employee and corporate lifecycles. She previously held HR leadership positions at several regional, national, and global companies in industries such as manufacturing, technology, and banking and finance.
Strengthening DE&I Efforts
Lori joined the TalentBridge HR team in 2010 and became owner and president of TalentBridge Network in 2019. She provides strategic guidance and innovative solutions to TalentBridge companies, employees, and customers, with an emphasis on helping organizations strengthen, enhance, and advance their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) efforts.

Lori is a certified Human Capital Coach and a certified DISC Behavioral Analyst. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial & Labor Relations from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
