TalentBridge, a staffing, recruiting and talent management company with multiple locations serving clients and candidates throughout the U.S., has hired Nicole Higginbotham, SPHR, as Vice President of TalentBridge Advisory.

“Under Nicole’s leadership, our Advisory business will further strengthen our talent management partnerships with client organizations by providing human capital expertise that may not be available in-house,” said Thomas C. Ioele, Chief Executive Officer, TalentBridge. “In today’s robust job market where recruiting and retaining the right employees is a top priority, the right talent management services are essential as companies seek to increase employee engagement and satisfaction. We’re thrilled that Nicole will lead our efforts in this important practice area.”

Drawing on her wide-ranging experience in areas such as leadership development, executive coaching, team building and alignment, organizational change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, Higginbotham will focus on expanding TalentBridge’s Advisory offerings. Those capabilities include Executive Coaching, Development, Assessments, Talent Management, Outplacement, and more.

TalentBridge’s Outplacement service assists client companies by supporting employees who are transitioning out of the organization as they navigate the uncertain landscape of career transition.  Our expert career transition coaches partner individually to help Outplacement program participants focus on the next chapter of their professional lives while jump starting their search through alignment with our staffing services.

Higginbotham brings to TalentBridge nearly two decades in human resources leadership, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and management. Nicole spent over a decade with Premier Healthcare Alliance in senior leadership roles spanning the Talent Management continuum and most recently she served in the role of Chief Talent Officer, for Roof Above, a non-profit homeless services provider formed through the merger of two cornerstone organizations in Charlotte, NC.
