Reflecting the efforts and support of colleagues across the company, TalentBridge CEO Thomas C. Ioele has earned a prestigious spot on the Staffing Industry Analysts 2022 Staffing 100 North America. The annual list recognizes the 100 most influential people in the staffing industry and appears in the January/February issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine.
Founded by Ioele and his father in 1985 as Employee Relations Associates, Inc., TalentBridge quickly grew from a regional staffing firm into a national organization operating in 42 states, serving 3,000+ consultants on assignments, and counting dozens of clients from multiple market segments.
A Prestigious Honor
“It’s an honor to receive this prestigious recognition because it really honors all of the people throughout TalentBridge who make our company successful,” said Ioele. “We’re excited about the future of TalentBridge as we continuously seek new approaches to creating meaningful connections between companies, clients, and communities and helping to advance the staffing industry.”

In 2022, TalentBridge plans to introduce an AI-based program to improve the candidate experience, open two new offices, expand its leadership development curricula, and enhance its charitable giving initiatives. TalentBridge last year opened an office in Denver, launched a recruiting platform in India, expanded its National Delivery Center in Charlotte, and expanded its National Enterprise Sales Group.
