The CBJ’s Best Places to Work program compiles a list of the Charlotte companies with the best policies and practices each year.
The survey is conducted by Quantum Workplace, an independent leader in measuring employee satisfaction. TalentBridge was named a 2016 honoree based on employee opinions on atmosphere, benefits and employee engagement.
The “Best Places to Work” program not only provides the public with a list of the best organizations in Charlotte, but provides useful feedback to TalentBridge. With the information gathered, we can see what we’re doing right, what we can work on, and how we can keep employees happy while achieving our organizational goals.
An awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, Nov. 17 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Charlotte Convention Center. Tickets can be purchased at www.bizjournals.com/charlotte.
