Key Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Source and prospect new client.

·         Develop account plans.

·         Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.

·         Regularly conduct client meetings and present candidates presented by our talented recruitment team.

·         Become knowledgeable on industry trends and a subject matter expert on topics that create challenges for clients.

·         Negotiate new client contracts and renewals.

Core Competencies:

·         Must communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

·         Capable of prioritizing and performing multiple work assignments.

·         Excels in a deadline driven environment.

·         Critical and consultative thinker with the analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is highly preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of sales or recruiting experience is required.
