In his last role as Executive Vice President, he led a network of over 70 branches in the US, Canada and the UK while architecting their widely-acclaimed Training and Development Department. Brad is well versed in all areas of Executive Recruiting, Contract & Temporary Staffing, HR Advisory Solutions and leads our TalentBridge field operations.

He currently leads our Branch Operations in Charlotte of 60+ recruiting professionals. His passion for people, customer service commitment and professional network make him uniquely suited to leading our growth in the Southeast.

Susan has been instrumental in the development and growth of their Staffing platform helping them to be awarded a Top 100 Small Business and FAST 50 designation from the Charlotte Business Journal. She has over 20 years of industry experience in specialty temporary and direct hire recruitment and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the industry in Charlotte.

Susan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Anderson University, a Bachelor of Science from Gardner Webb University and a Masters of Education from NC State University with a concentration in corporate training and development. Susan has been honored as one of Charlotte’s 50 Women Extraordinaire in 2009 and 2011. Susan lives in the Lake Norman area with her husband Brian and three children.

In addition to her passion and energy for the business, she enjoys deep professional networks in the Accounting and Finance sector here in Charlotte. Carrie has spent the last 20 years in the Executive Search and Staffing Industry and brings a level of professionalism to her job that is unmatched. In her current position, she is responsible for Business Development, Candidate Recruiting, Deal Management, and Staff Development.

Carrie has her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, an MBA from Webster University, and is appointed through the South Carolina Governor’s office to the York County Foster Care Review Board. She was named one of Charlotte’s Top 40 under 40 by the Charlotte Business Journal in 2013, has served as the President of the American Society of Women Accountants and as the Chairperson for the York County Foster Care Review Board. Carrie, her husband, Tom, and their 4 children live in Fort Mill, SC.

Shortly after joining TalentBridge she moved to our staffing group where she leads a team in the Customer Care department. Hiede is dedicated, experienced and has a passion for helping clients and candidates build on their success. Hiede is from Charleston, SC and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.

Courtney Holmes Mann has almost 10 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting space and is a graduate of Wofford College, Spartanburg, SC. Courtney’s career involves specializing in the placement of Office & Administrative, Creative & Digital Marketing and partnering with recent college graduates to land their first real job in the corporate world. She started with a national staffing firm in Raleigh, North Carolina before starting with TalentBridge in 2011 as a staffing manager. Courtney is a competitive triathlete and avid runner with a passion for adventure and traveling the world. She has a unique love for the fast-paced staffing industry and truly enjoys the ability to partner remarkable talent with great companies throughout Charlotte, North Carolina.

Scarlett started with TalentBridge as a Temp, working for one of our clients and then eventually the front desk of our office back in 2010. Her love of Operations and back office processes has seen her through to becoming Operations Manager, and she manages our Compliance and Onboarding for Staffing Operations. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University and lives in Charlotte with her husband, Bruno.
