A great company, from 1st call to interview. Also, the timeframe was great. 24 hours to an interview. One of the faster services as of late. One week later, have received an offer. Salman Khan, the recruiter I worked with was fantastic. Clear about position/role and expectations. Assisted with the onboarding, documents and screening process; every step of the way. TalentBridge TalentBridge! Oh how I love TalentBridge. I have been with this employment agency for a few years now maybe 2-3 years. I have been with about 3 recruiters in total. Each individually responsive, effective, and very nice might I add. Each assignment that was offered to me was attainable, and I felt like the compensation is above average. TalentBridge as a whole has been a pleasure to work with. I will continue to accept job offers from TalentBridge until I land my career gig! I have been able to work with TalentBridge and also finish a couple of medical certifications. TalentBridge has given me the boost I needed to get through these transitional years of my life. Lastly, in this review, I would like to highlight one recruiter that is near and dear to me. Ms. Courtney H. If I could buy her a house i literally would. I met Courtney as I was taking an unexpected end to an assignment due to complications in my pregnancy. Courtney was charged to provide me all the information I needed and answer any questions I had upon ending the assignment. In this time she was informative and compassionate. In every interaction between Courtney and I she is always truthful, straight forward, and also solution based. When I left the assignment I was devastated for multiple reasons. But Courtney assured me that my family came first, and when I was healthy enough to contact her so she can update me on new opportunities. The whole time I was out Courtney stayed in contact with me by being responsive whenever I reached out either via phone or email. As soon as a new opportunity was available, Courtney called me and got me set up for an interview. I am currently working this position by the grace of God, patience and determination of Courtney, and opportunity from TalentBridge. If you know you know … this has been a Journey. I had the pleasure of establishing a relationship with Caryssa Retrum last year. From that point, she has been a true champion for me at every point during my professional career. She was devoted far beyond finding placements for me. She would check in periodically and let me know that she was always available and a resource for me. I feel indebted to her as she has landed me the biggest role of my career thus far. My recruiter is Jerry, he was very down to earth and honest, and worked very hard to make sure I wasn’t settling for just any position. He always made sure to keep an open line of communication during the recruiting process, and even after I gained employment to make sure that I was still in the best possible position for success. I have been working with Deb for a while now. She has been extremely proactive in finding me the right opportunities that fit my skill set and background. She recently came across the picture perfect job. I was immediately given an interview and had a couple more with the company and ended up getting the job!
