Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a top-notch administrative assistant for a contract Administrative Assistant role in the Central Charlotte area. The role will provide the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week.
- The Administrative Assistant role provides administrative support to multiple Legal Department team members, including attorneys, paralegals, and/or managers, as determined and assigned by the Business Execution Associate Manager.
- Job duties consist of handling moderately complex to complex assignments, as well as the routine day-to-day administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative Support experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Concur expense management experience

- Previous experience in legal environment or military experience including:
- calendar management
- payroll processing
- travel planning

- report generation
- Experience managing complex schedules and calendar management
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

- Intermediate CONCUR expense management skills
