We are currently recruiting for a top-notch administrative assistant for a contract Administrative Assistant role in the Central Charlotte area. The role will provide the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week.

  • The Administrative Assistant role provides administrative support to multiple Legal Department team members, including attorneys, paralegals, and/or managers, as determined and assigned by the Business Execution Associate Manager.
  • Job duties consist of handling moderately complex to complex assignments, as well as the routine day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Administrative Support experience
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Concur expense management experience

  • Previous experience in legal environment or military experience including:
    • calendar management
    • payroll processing
    • travel planning
    • expense management
    • report generation
  • Experience managing complex schedules and calendar management
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Intermediate CONCUR expense management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
