Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Cash Flow Accounting Analyst to join one of our best manufacturing partners! As a Cash Flow Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial resources efficiently and strategically. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of cash management, forecasting, risk assessment, and maintaining banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Management:

    • Monitor and manage the company's cash flows, ensuring optimal liquidity levels.
    • Track incoming and outgoing funds, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Implement strategies to optimize cash utilization and minimize idle balances.
  2. Forecasting:

    • Utilize financial models and data analysis techniques to forecast future cash flows.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for accurate projections.
    • Assist in developing cash flow forecasting models to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  3. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Stay informed about economic trends, interest rate fluctuations, and currency risks.
    • Implement hedging strategies to protect against adverse market conditions.
  4. Banking Relationships:

    • Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
    • Negotiate favorable terms for banking services, loans, and credit facilities.
    • Coordinate banking transactions and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in treasury management, cash flow analysis, or financial planning.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
