THE ROLE
As the Controller, you'll oversee all accounting and finance activities for 2 partner agencies. Managing financial operations includes but is not limited to accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, audit and tax, evaluating and managing financial software programs, developing performance metrics and preparing financial analyses and reports to support objectives, and assisting in managing and mitigating risk through compliance and monitoring.
THE CANDIDATE
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting required
- Masters Degree or CPA preferred
- 6+ years of accounting leadership
