Job Description

We are currently sourcing for top notch experienced logistics professionals with excellent communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple clients, strong dispatching experience, and willingness to work a flexible schedule


  • Always provide excellent customer service to customers, Delivery agents, vendors, and partners.
  • Utilize software system to dispatch loads to drivers in the proper order and ensure drivers complete workload in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding their requirements
  • Communicates with clients and customers when necessary to advise them of delays and or updates.
  • Aid by telephone, chat and email to customers, contractors, and delivery agents.
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Communicates with clients and customers when necessary to advise them of delays and or updates.
  • Processes changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
  • Proactively monitors progress of delivery routes.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.


  • Strong customer service skills; ability to diffuse client frustrations.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional/courteous manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills.
  • Bilingual person is strongly desired but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work in and handle stressful situations & high volume of phone calls.
  • Experience working with personal computers and business applications is required.
  • One year experience in a customer service environment is strongly desired.
  • Must be able to multitask
  • High school diploma or GED is required.


  • Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position in the logistics field
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment working with B2B clients and transportation partners
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Proficient in English (oral and written) (+Spanish is a plus)
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
  • Sound judgement and critical thinking
  • Grit and the ability and proven performance to work in a fast paced environment.

Must be available to work nights and weekends with flexible scheduling
40-hour work week with 2 days off during the week
Primarily Day shift hours
Hybrid Schedule- In office days and WFH days
