Job Description
We are looking for a skilled inside sales support team member to assist our sales team with routine administrative functions. In this role, your duties will include processing new equipment orders, following up with clients and sales team members about orders and delivery, answering phones, and working with vendors on open orders and inventory replenishment.
To ensure success, inside sales support will be able to manage multiple tasks at once, be prepared to take on something new with only a moments notice, have strong attention to detail, an understanding of technology, amazing organizational skills, and a willingness to be part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Process new equipment orders
- Maintain vendor relationships and communication
- Manage and distribute leads
- Provide support to the Industrial Sales Manager on projects
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external personnel
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in inside sales, or similar roles.
- Experience with sales industry software like Salesforce and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
