We are currently recruiting for an incredible opportunity to start your career with a well-established residential real estate corporation in the Charlotte market. This role works with a unique division of the organization.

This position is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls for the Relocation Center and Corporate Office in a courteous and professional manner. You will also be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors that come into the office. In addition, this position provides administrative support to the Relocation Center.

Essential Job Functions:
Relocation Center Administration:

  • Answer department phone and efficiently direct calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Greet guests and provide them with the information needed
  • Provide administrative support to the President of Relocation and Directors of Operations
  • Distribute relocation packages either via email or US Mail as directed as needed (a couple of times a year)
  • Maintain supply for relocation package materials as needed
  • Distribute mail daily to appropriate staff
  • Assist with quarterly mailings as needed
  • Facilitate utility turn on and off
  • Maintain new vendor set up
  • Request payment for department bills
  • Manage/track company credit card expenses
  • Collect and submit expense reports for President of Relocation
  • Maintain and generate monthly packet report as needed
  • Maintain phone duty calendar

Corporate Receptionist:

  • Answer department phone and efficiently direct calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Greet guests and provide them with the information needed
  • Distribute mail daily to appropriate staff

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and order supplies for the office
  • Assist Relocation Counselors with data entry
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work in team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Proven computer skills to include MS Word, MS Excel, mail merge and Google email suite
  • Strong level of customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong organization skills and ability to prioritize
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills displaying tactfulness in all situations
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous phone manner with clients, agents, vendors and staff.
