KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation for incoming deals
- Due diligence
- Walking clients/customers through deal process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business field
- 1 – 3 years experience in finance, FP&A, M&A, IB, or Project Management.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Process oriented – detailed, organized, efficient.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Go the extra mile for the client.
