Job Description

The Sponsorships & Brand Engagement Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of all sponsorship tickets and event assets. Reporting directly to the VP of Hospitality on the Sponsorships & Brand Engagement Team, this role involves overseeing inventory management, ticket fulfillment, and issue resolution. The Coordinator will be responsible for effectively communicating ticket and event availability, managing allocations across business units, and ensuring optimal utilization of sponsorship assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Sponsorship Tickets and Event Assets:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all sponsorship tickets and event assets.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure tickets are loaded into official systems promptly.
    • Provide oversight for ticket fulfillment and address any issues that may arise.
  2. Allocation Management:

    • Communicate ticket and event availability to relevant stakeholders.
    • Coordinate ticket allocations across different business units to ensure equitable distribution.
  3. Monitor Ticket Utilization and Customer Experiences:

    • Monitor and analyze ticket utilization of sponsorship assets, driving maximum impact.
    • Coordinate with properties to manage customer experiences associated with tickets, including attendee management and food & beverage ordering.
  4. Hospitality Programs and Event Execution:

    • Assist in the creation and execution of hospitality programs and events that align with the company's brand and sponsorship strategy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that events support business outcomes and maximize impact with customers.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or sponsorship coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
