  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Conduct aged item clean up by reviewing and researching vendor invoice records.
  • Communicate effectively with the accounting and payments teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize Excel extensively for data analysis, including spreadsheets, v-lookups, and pivot tables.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and spreadsheet management.
  • Prior experience in payments, specifically bank reconciliation and payment corrections.
  • Familiarity with Concur, Service Now, and Sage.
