As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient assembly and production of industrial equipment within our manufacturing facility. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production processes are optimized for maximum output, while developing and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. What you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that all production targets are met within set timelines.

What makes you a fit:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management or operations leadership role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in assembly-based production environments.
