TalentBridge is partnered with a global manufacturer of innovative and specialized products used for  Agricultural and Pharmaceutical improvements and applications.  We are seeking an experienced QA QC Regulatory Manager with a Chemistry Degree and ideally chemical or pharmaceutical experience to oversee and manage the Quality group locally

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including REACH regulations, and monitor changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

  2. Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.

  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs functions.

  4. Manage and develop the QA QC Regulatory team, providing guidance and support as required.

  5. Participate in internal and external audits, and ensure that all corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.

  6. Work closely with other departments, including R&D and manufacturing, to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements.

  7. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry groups to ensure ongoing compliance.

  8. Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including product registrations and submissions to regulatory agencies.

  9. Conduct and oversee investigations and root cause analyses of quality issues and implement corrective actions as required.

  10. Participate in the development and review of product documentation, including labeling, product specifications, and batch records.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.

  2. At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Regulatory Affairs role, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.

  3. Knowledge of REACH regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements.

  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  8. Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
