We are seeking a highly experienced Scaled Scrum Master with a strong background in Scrum, extensive experience in large-scale Agile implementations, and expertise in facilitating Big Room Planning sessions. This individual will play a pivotal role in guiding our teams through complex initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and fostering Agile maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Big Room Planning sessions with a large number of participants and strong personalities, ensuring alignment and commitment to objectives.
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact, providing expert guidance on Agile practices and principles.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted Scrum Master challenges, offering innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, leveraging solid understanding of Agile methodologies, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive Agile transformation and achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Strong background in Scrum, with experience in scale (ideally SAFe).
  • RTE (Release Train Engineer) training and experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to facilitate Big Room Planning sessions with diverse stakeholders and manage strong personalities effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and driving Agile excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with tools and techniques for Agile project management and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.).
