THE COMPANY
Exciting, high growth company with newly created HQ in Charlotte!! They are at the forefront of the EV/energy industry, with 7,000 customers globally. The company has hired leadership from fortune 500 organizations with aspirations to grow from $100M to $1B in the next 5 years. They've raised $300M in capital to increase R&D and build a brand new state of the art greenfield facility in the next year. Exciting time to join at the ground floor of this growing company.
THE ROLE
You'll be the right hand to the company CFO, responsible for building the finance framework to prepare the company for growth. This will include developing and owning the forecasting function, developing the annual budget, product pricing, and managing cash flow and cash forecasting. There are multiple projects going on and will handle some ad-hoc requests as well. The CFO has a strong background in FP&A, and will be an amazing person to learn from and grow with.
THE CANDIDATE
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment! Experience in FP&A a must, preferably in a product based environment. Candidates should have the ability to be in the minutia, but also take the data and tell the story to the board and leadership.
