Job Description

Our client is looking for a UX Researcher to join their growing team! This individual will play a crucial role in driving the user-centered design process and ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

Voice of the User:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the core problems our users are trying to solve.
  • Use user knowledge to drive a better experience for our users.
  • Combine user research with market research to uncover patterns and opportunities.

Design Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product designers on the user-centered design process.
  • Rapidly create and iterate through sketches and wireframes at various fidelities.
  • Validate multiple ideas through fast-time prototyping.

User Insights:

  • Identify our users, their goals, tasks, motivations, and expectations.
  • Help product managers and designers understand how consumers experience our suite of products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and technical teams.

Communication and Visualization:

  • Sell your user experience results to internal stakeholders through storytelling, data-driven visualizations, and evidence-based design principles.
  • Evangelize empathy for the customer and amplify the customers' voice within the organization.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of organizational UX capabilities and create a repository of research-based user knowledge.


  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience conducting user research.
  • Hands-on experience leading qualitative UX research in a product design environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to define goals and strategies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of research methods (interviews, surveys, usability evaluations, field studies, qualitative/quantitative analyses).
  • Detailed-oriented, analytical, and results-driven with a strong ability to make decisions based on empirical data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience creating repeatable, scalable research methods.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with research tools (e.g., UzerZoom,, Qualtrics).
  • Bachelor’s degree or University Degree.

Nice to Haves:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and produce high-quality results.
  • Experience with prototyping software (e.g., Balsamiq, InVision, Azure).
  • Experience in the financial industry.
  • Proficiency in a statistical software package (e.g., SPSS, Q Research, Stata).



*This is a hybrid position and is in office Tuesday-Thursday
