Job Title – Workday Benefits Tester
Location – Charlotte, NC (onsite)
Pay Rate – $50-$55/hr on w2
Must Haves – Someone who’s worked with Workday (or similar software), has HR benefits knowledge/experience, and Agile testing experience would be an ideal candidate.
JOB DUTIES / REQUIREMENTS:
- The position is a Senior Benefits Execution Consultant.
- She needs managed resources (contractors) to help with data preparation, test scripts and executing of test script and there will be multiple rounds.
- Needs someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, advanced PC skills including note pad, spreadsheets “Microsoft 365 tools”, flexibility, testing experience using AGILE testing methodology. Workday and Benefits knowledge also preferred.
- The individuals will help with testing across different benefit plans and support tools our employees will utilize to help make their benefit decisions and then their enrollment elections.
- These positions will help support tasks given from the Scrum teams supporting the Benefit plans.
