We are actively looking for a Sr Process Engineer to lead our chemical manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process areas. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans that meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure that they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Manage a team of production personnel to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Work with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure that production schedules are aligned with customer requirements.
  • Continuously improve production processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality.


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and or familiarity with batch processing is preferred, but not required
  • History of developing and implementing process changes across operations and gaining buy-in from entire team is critical to overall success
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing production management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement techniques.
  • Experience with safety protocols and environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with process implementation and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
