           Customer Service/Logistics Clerk  Position

  • Work Arrangement: Onsite in Flower Mound, TX 75028
  • Position Type: Contract position for 6 Months  with performance-based extension
  • Hourly Pay – $16/hour
  • Start Date – ASAP
  • Contract Position for 6 Months
  • Work Schedule Available: Off Sunday and Monday work Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 am-4:30 pm  

    Daily Responsibilities:
    Assisting Customers and Business Partners:

  • Handling inquiries, requests, and issues via phone and email.
  • Providing information on services, orders, and delivery schedules.
  1. Handling Complaints:
  • Addressing customer complaints calmly and professionally.
  • Working to find solutions that satisfy customers and maintain the company's reputation.
  1. Problem Solving:
  • Diagnosing and assessing issues customers or partners may have.
  • Finding and implementing solutions efficiently.
  1. Monitoring Delivery Routes:
  • Keeping an eye on the progress of delivery routes.
  • Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  1. Scanning and Verifying:
  • Scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps for accurate records.
  1. Order Management:
  • Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders promptly and accurately.
