Sourcing Analyst

Essential Functions:

• Assist the Sourcing Analyst team by efficiently processing professional services workspaces in Ariba.
• Manage contract request queues promptly and in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within Ariba.


• Commodity Expertise: Professional Services, General Consulting, IT Consulting.
• Preferably, experience in sourcing, workforce management, contract management, vendor management, or relationship management.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills, capable of synthesizing complex data.
• Exceptional customer service, both written and verbal communication skills, along with robust teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and collaborate seamlessly across various business units.
• Proficient in building relationships and collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels, adept at influencing others.
• Utilizes independent judgment and creativity to resolve contract issues effectively.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with incomplete information and handling ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. • Capable of meeting challenging deadlines and adjusting priorities to ensure SLAs are met.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in a medium to large professional enterprise, or 1+ years of sourcing experience, or 1+ years of relevant Ariba experience.
• Experience in financial services is desirable.
• Proficiency in using ARIBA or other Procure-to-Pay tools is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications including Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
