  • Install, configure, and repair computer hardware and software as needed, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Conduct thorough clean-up and optimization of computers to enhance performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals and ensure compatibility with user requirements.
  • Follow up with customers to verify issue resolution and gather feedback to improve service quality.
  • Generate reports to identify recurring malfunctions and implement proactive solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and peripheral devices.
