Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of job postings and requisitions.
- Coordinate and/or conduct interviews across all levels.
- Manage all aspects of new hire documentation and onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Policy Implementation, Employee Relations, and Performance Management:
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and update the Employee Handbook as needed.
- Foster positive work relationships and enhance productivity and retention.
- Oversee employee performance goals and evaluations.
- Support in reviewing employee data for corrective action or termination.
- Handle unemployment claims and participate in hearings.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment and communicate benefits to employees.
- Liaise with carriers to address employee concerns and process changes.
- Assist employees with benefits changes due to life events.
- Ensure compliance with retirement benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
- Ensure ongoing personnel file maintenance and compliance.
- Manage employee contracts and updates as required.
- Maintain compliance with terminated employee files.
- Oversee office administration for the company.
- Assist in coordinating company-wide events and meetings.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Management required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist/Management role.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
