Maintenance Technician

Job Description
TalentBridge is partnered with a global manufacturer of nonwoven materials supporting sectors such as hygine, medical, and apperal. 


  • Preform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on machines & secondary equipment (Electrical, Mechanical).
  • Complete tasks on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Work cross functionally with Production, Quality, and Engineering to verify any machine repairs/changes are within specifications & make necessary adjustments.
  • Work with interlocking systems for automated and semi-automated equipment.
  • Proper handling of Hazardous Waste generated by plant; clean up oil and water around equipment, identify and repair leaks.
  • Use logic printouts for diagnostic/repair functions.
  • Repair sensors, modules, and field wiring as required.            
  • Install piping system for various process needs.
  • Fabricating from blueprints, written, and/or verbal directions.
  • Use precision measuring tools including, but not limited to, calipers, compasses, etc.
  • Experience working with industrial controls systems.
  • Basic mechanic functions of automated equipment; complete electrical equipment maintenance, repairs, and installation.
  • Use forklift and other handling equipment, maintenance shop equipment, power tools, hand tools, Volt OHM Meter (VOM), Digital Multi Meter (DMM), weld scope, and oscilloscope.
