Change Management Consultant

Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

Location: Minnetonka, MN (Local candidates, periodic onsite collaboration)

Position Overview:

Join us in a pivotal role aligning business stakeholders with technology and delivery processes. Focus on enhancing efficiency and employee experience within the IT Delivery Team and across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Delivery Team Enablement (30%):

    • Define and clarify roles within Delivery Teams.
    • Address operational friction points to streamline workflows.
    • Establish feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Employee Experience Enhancement (25%):

    • Identify and address employee pain points to enhance engagement and reduce burnout.
    • Develop a structured improvement plan based on employee feedback and best practices.
    • Implement feedback loops for sustained enhancement of employee experience.
  • Business Stakeholder Engagement (20%):

    • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to optimize workflow and product delivery timelines.
    • Act as a liaison between the Delivery Team and business stakeholders.
    • Recommend strategies to influence stakeholder behavior for improved team efficiency.
  • Change Leadership (25%):

    • Coach and advise Delivery Team Senior Leadership on change management strategies.
    • Provide resources and metrics to support leaders in driving process and people changes effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in change management with a track record of implementing measurable improvement plans.
  • Strong understanding of IT organizations and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in navigating various levels of stakeholder understanding and acceptance.
