Job Description
Our Geotechnical Engineering client is looking to add a CMT Scheduler to our team with at least 2 years of experience. Construction experience is a plus!
MUST hold a great attitude and the ability to work with multiple personalities 🙂
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates field activities.
- Receive scheduling calls from contractors and clients and prepare field personnel for daily assignments
- Processes field and laboratory test reports and confirms the information is accurate for billing
- Maintains field equipment lists and calibrations
- Sets up and attends meetings as requested
- Assists with subcontractor/sub-consultant agreement and purchase order administration
- Prepares purchase orders and/or check requests for project/site equipment and supplies; audits invoices to ensure they match purchase orders; forwards pre-bills and draft invoices to the appropriate Project Manager for approval
- Provides administrative support for Technical Groups.
- Will produce proposals, reports, cost estimates, letters of transmittal, meeting minutes, and correspondence for the Technical Team Leader concerning milestones, deadlines, and special project considerations
- Perform general filing and assist in covering reception desk duties
