TalentBridge is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Follow pre-scripted responses to provide information to customers
  • Use standard technology (telephone, email, web browser) for completing tasks
  • Enter call-related information in the computer terminal
  • Assist callers and escalate calls when necessary

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least six (6) months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and reading)
  • Typing speed of a minimum of 20 WPM
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • Moderate computer usage skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
  • Experience with call center telephony equipment is a plus but not required
