Job Description
TalentBridge is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position.
Essential Job Duties:
- Follow pre-scripted responses to provide information to customers
- Use standard technology (telephone, email, web browser) for completing tasks
- Enter call-related information in the computer terminal
- Assist callers and escalate calls when necessary
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least six (6) months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and reading)
- Typing speed of a minimum of 20 WPM
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Moderate computer usage skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
- Experience with call center telephony equipment is a plus but not required
