Job Description

Position Overview: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be based in our inbound call center, assisting customers with various credit card-related inquiries, from payments and lost/stolen cards to disputes and fraud concerns. Your daily tasks will involve handling approximately 75-100 calls while meeting performance metrics and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with credit card inquiries, including payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers.
  • Manage an average of 75-100 inbound calls per day.
  • Meet performance metrics, such as average handle time (3-5 minutes), customer feedback surveys, service quality, and attendance.
  • Escalate complex issues to the 2nd tier support level for resolution.
  • Benefit from thorough training and ongoing support to excel in your role.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Financial services or banking experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and email correspondence.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Location & Schedule:

  • Location: On-site training and work in Phoenix, AZ (85027).
  • Schedule: Must be available to start anytime between 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM and work any day of the week.
  • Training Hours: Full-time on-site training from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.
