Our client is seeking a creative, forward-thinking, process-minded effective communicator to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and a wide range of HR support to our team members across numerous locations including but not limited to:

• Manage all phases of talent management and performance management;

• Manage all compliance requirements such as policy formation, standardization efforts and HR related audits;

• Coordinate and manage all aspects training and development;

• Support pre-employment and onboarding requirements;

• Coordinate diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives;

• Assist with talent acquisition efforts across all locations;

• Assist in managing various company sponsored employee relations programs;

This position will be in Rock Hill, SC but will require travel to other production facilities on an as-needed basis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required from an accredited University.
  • At least two years of human resources experience.
  • Prior experience using/knowledge of SuccessFactors.
  • SAP payroll, MS Office, and HR related systems experience.
  • Commitment to safety; actively involved in safety initiatives.

• Prior experience using NOVAtime.

• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn talent systems and understand, interpret, and report analytics.

• Benefits Administration Experience.

• Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US.

• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification.
