We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our premier client's call center team in a long-term contract job opportunity. This position has the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance. As a Customer Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to provide outstanding levels of assistance to our valued customers, utilizing various software programs for accurate scheduling, assistance, and support.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently multitask using multiple screens and telephone software while maintaining a pleasant, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Ensure proper call documentation, organization, and follow-through to provide the best customer experience.
  • Embrace additional skillsets, projects, and opportunities as they arise.

 
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities for accurate and efficient work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment.
  • Willingness to adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
