Overview:
The role of the Accounts Payable Specialist is pivotal in the oversight and management of the Corporate Accounts division, which is highly critical to the business operations. This position calls for the confidence to collaborate and engage with high-level executives, including Chief Officers. It also requires the ability to work autonomously and adapt to a dynamic environment. Successful candidates will thrive on meticulous organization and self-motivation, which are paramount for sustained success in this role.
This position encompasses end-to-end corporate accounts responsibilities and calls for exceptional customer service skills to assist various properties. It also requires adept problem-solving abilities to navigate the intricacies of this dynamic position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume accounts payable processing for 18 corporate properties
- Handle declined invoices efficiently and effectively, including making customer service-oriented calls to resolve payment denials
- Maintain exceptional organization skills to continuously manage invoices throughout the day, transitioning between invoices and denials
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
- Reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards
- Provide outstanding customer service to various properties, even when working to collect on declined payments, including communication at the CFO level when necessary
Qualifications
- 2+ years in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of high volume AP processing experience
- Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
- Customer service experience and an executive presence
Pay:
- $25 – $28 /hr
- Depending on experience
Location:
- In Office – Scottsdale, AZ 85254
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Pick your 8hr schedule between 7am and 6pm
