Data Entry Operator (Associate Operations Processor)
Location: On-site at S. MPLS campus
Schedule: Su We Th Fr Sa: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Job Description:
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for performing general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature. Your main duties will include receiving, logging, batching, and distributing work, as well as file management, photocopying, and phone handling. You will also be involved in preparing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. In this role, you will work closely with your supervisor, following established procedures and escalating any questions or issues to more experienced team members.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work assignments
- Handle file management, photocopying, and answering phones
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues when necessary
- Work under close supervision, following established procedures
- Coordinate with team members to complete tasks within aggressive time frames
- Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools effectively
- Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability in a team environment
- Once trained, take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience with 10-key numerical data entry
