Job Summary: As a Brokerage Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors and their clients by facilitating account-related tasks and enhancing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include providing account information, executing financial transactions, and performing administrative duties. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying process improvements within the brokerage client support function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist financial advisory teams and clients by providing account information, executing approved security transactions, and handling various administrative tasks.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline brokerage client support processes and contribute ideas for improvement.
  3. Execute moderately complex administrative and operational tasks within the brokerage client support function.
  4. Handle incoming telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and conduct research on reports and account-related issues.
  5. Establish and maintain files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Generate, maintain, and analyze reports, databases, and records to support client relationship growth.
  7. Receive direction from supervisors and financial advisory teams, and escalate non-routine questions as needed.
  8. Engage with financial advisory teams to address a wider range of inquiries and requests from both internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in brokerage and client services support, or equivalent demonstrated proficiency through work experience, training, military service, or education.
