Pay rate: $20/Hr on w2 without benefits.
Training: 1 Month (Cannot miss any day)

We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a contingent resource assignment. Your role will involve providing outstanding customer support while actively enhancing processes. You'll handle moderately complex tasks, receive guidance when needed, and ensure client satisfaction. This position requires direct client interaction across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive customer service in Spanish and English.
  • Proactively improve processes for enhanced efficiency and service quality.
  • Execute complex support tasks with precision.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service standards.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience.
  • Flexibility to work 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with monthly Saturday rotations.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work model.
  • Commitment to a 4-week in-office orientation.
