Title: Customer Service Rep Property Management
Duration: Contract (CTH) 3 month
Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)
Start Date: ASAP 5/6
Schedule/Shift: 8am – 5pm M-F

Job Summary:

Compliance HOA of CSR on Property management side, new residents and renewals going to compliance tracker, each HOA and to submit for new residents. Continue to support team to bring residents into Compliance from residents with Violations. Initial is tenet registrations once backlog is complete switch to violations.

CSR EXP – Within Housing HOA, real estate
Detail oriented guide residents through HOA compliance.
YARDI and Salesforce used – does not need EXP, Salesforce EXP would be a nice to have
