Hybrid -2 days work from home 3 days in office  
Pay rate: 18/hr- 20/hr

The Registration Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • • Assisting with the insurance, advisory and securities licensing of Advisors
  • • Providing customer service to Advisors over the phone and through written correspondence
  • • Performing general clerical duties, including data entry, generating departmental letters and processing applications


  • • 1+ years of support experience in financial services, insurance, or related financial organization a plus
  • • Must have strong communication skills
  • • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • • Computer proficiency with Word and Excel
  • • Strong detail orientation and prioritization skills
  • • Ability to work independently
