Job Title: Operational Accounting Associate
Location: West Des Moines, IA
Duration: 06 Months
Pay: 22/hr

Return to office 3 days a week in West Des Moines
Role:
This position is in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Enablement Team.
The Supplier Enablement team takes action to complete the supplier setup request and assists internal and external customers through inquiries and by handling documents necessary to complete the supplier setup and maintenance. Familiarity with Global Sanctions, Financial Crimes, IRS FATCA law, 1099 reporting, and VAT is helpful.
Working from a spreadsheet changing updating supplier records and working with LOB to reach out to any other partners for information required.
Need to have the ability to analyze data
Job Expectations:
Would be nice to have PeopleSoft Financials – Clean-up of data files, tables, and information.
Collaborating and working with other internal business partners to gather the information required could have external contacts to gather information.
Detail Oriented
Data Accuracy
Excel export and data navigation and Analysis.
