Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will report directly to Senior Leadership and play a crucial role in coordinating calendars, travel, and communications for C-suite level executives and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules for senior executives, ensuring seamless organization of meetings and appointments.
  2. Travel Coordination: Arrange international and domestic travel logistics for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  3. Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.
  4. Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings and assist with follow-up actions.
  5. Project Assistance: Support senior leadership in various projects, including research, analysis, and documentation.
  6. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
  7. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including expense reporting and document management.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
