When Tom Ioele co-founded the company with his father more than three decades ago, he recognized the need to create a better experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. And he had a vision of how to do it: focus on the relationship, not the transaction, with clients and candidates.

  • Thomas Ioele co-founded Employee Relations Associates, a professional search and staffing firm, which was focused on building an organization to meet the ever-changing recruiting challenges customers experience on a daily basis.

  • Tom was promoted to President and CEO and provided the necessary vision to successfully grow the organization.

  • TalentBridge was co-founded by Brady Teague as a professional search and staffing company. TalentBridge was built on the idea that they will always value the relationship over the transaction.

  • Added career transition services to its product line by joining and becoming a partner in Career Partners International, LLC (CPI), one of the largest career transition and outplacement partnerships in the world. The partnership gives the company the ability to service large, multinational companies on a global basis with offices in 212 cities worldwide.

  • Added a direct hire search practice with retained and contingent service offerings. This provided a more complete solution for those clients in need of professional search services.

  • Founded ER Select, which is a woman-owned business and certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

  • Launched an HR Advisory division specializing in talent management. This division focuses on the entire employee lifecycle, from career coaching to leadership and executive training and outplacement.

  • Acquired Midwest Temporary Staffing to broaden the Financial Services practice in Des Moines, IA.

  • Opened St. Louis, MO office to continue to expand Financial Service practice and company footprint.

  • ER acquired Charlotte, NC based TalentBridge, adding significant capabilities and geographical footprint that can be offered to our clients and candidates.

  • Company rebranded as TalentBridge in all locations as it signifies exactly what we do, bridging high-performance clients and high-performance talent.

  • Opened Minneapolis, MN office to company footprint

  • Moved the Corporate Headquarters to Charlotte, NC to be more centrally located
