Chief Executive Officer
As company founder, Tom brings over 30 years of experience leading the company as a full-service human resources and talent management organization, both locally and internationally. He became the President and CEO in 1997 and has used his expertise to expand the scope and success of TalentBridge by leading the organization with a strong customer service focus and vision to offer all aspects of the employee life cycle to clients. His strategy is to partner with our clients to attract, retain and transition talent on local, national and international levels.

Michael provides financial and strategic leadership by working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to ensure alignment with the Company’s financial goals. He served as audit partner with KPMG and has 20 years of public accounting experience. In addition, Michael has nearly 15 years of private industry experience in key executive roles leading the financial operations of US and global companies in various industries.
- Paul Meyer
Chief Operating Officer
Paul has held leadership positions in sales and marketing for over 25 years with over 10 years in executive leadership roles in the Human Capital Management industry with Pontoon (subsidiary of Adecco providing Global RPO and MSP solutions), Beeline.com (also an Adecco subsidiary), and serving as President of Starfield Talent Management Solutions, providing a Talent Management software solution to large national organizations. He has enterprise experience in most major industries, including, but not limited to Technology, Finance, Consumer Products, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare, Automotive, and Industrial markets.
Paul has a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York and has direct sales for automation and analytics experience he brings to organizations allowing for more information-based decisions in both sales and client recruitment efforts.

Lori brings more than 30 years of experience in Human Resource Leadership to her role as Vice President, Human Resources for TalentBridge. She is focused on strategically aligning Human Resources with the future growth and direction of TalentBridge. Lori formerly held Human Resources Management positions at Klein Steel, Sentry Safe, Concentrix, The Doyle Group and First Federal Savings and Loan. Lori is a certified Human Capital Coach and a certified DISC Behavioral Analyst. Lori serves on the Board of Directors and Chairs the Human Resources Committee for the Shepherd Home.

As a co-founder of TalentBridge, Brady has spent the last 20 years in Executive Recruiting specializing in Accounting and Finance. He currently leads our Branch Operations in Charlotte of 60+ recruiting professionals. His passion for people, customer service commitment and professional network make him uniquely suited to leading our growth in the Southeast.

Susan has been instrumental in the development and growth of their Staffing platform helping them to be awarded a Top 100 Small Business and FAST 50 designation from the Charlotte Business Journal. She has over 20 years of industry experience in specialty temporary and direct hire recruitment and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the industry in Charlotte.
Susan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Anderson University, a Bachelor of Science from Gardner Webb University and a Masters of Education from NC State University with a concentration in corporate training and development. Susan has been honored as one of Charlotte’s 50 Women Extraordinaire in 2009 and 2011. Susan lives in the Lake Norman area with her husband Brian and three children.

Mark has held management and leadership positions in Information Technology and Software Service companies for over 20 years. This includes experience in the Human Capital Management SaaS industry with a leading provider of Human Resources, Talent Management and Workforce Management software and services. Coupled with nearly 15 years in the Data Visualization and Analytics industries working to help companies uncover actionable insights in industries ranging from Finance, Oil/Gas, Semi Conduction, Life Sciences and Consumer Products. He also has additional experience in Marketing, Product Management and Consulting Services in the Manufacturing and Software industries.
Mark has a degree in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University and has extensive experience in application of analytics and business intelligence to assist organizations in making knowledge-based decisions and creating competitive advantages through use of technology and data.

He brings over 10 years of recruiting experience specializing in identifying high-performance candidates for positions in accounting and finance. His team handles everything from Skilled Manufacturing and Human Resources to Banking, Legal, and Administrative positions on both a contract and direct hire basis. His ability to assess and identify client and candidate needs to identify the perfect match for both has allowed him to continue to grow his practice within the market.
